CASE Study Challenge #32 & PDCC74

Good morning to all! It’s a sunny Sunday morning here and I have a card to share in this quick post. Yes, it’s another birthday card.

I think I prefer simple and clean card style these days 🙂 My patterned papers are shouting for attention in my shelf!

Can’t resist to play with this stamp again!

Cute love buttons with some glitter.

I’m combining 2 challenges in this card: Case Study Challenge #32 and Play Date Cafe Challenge PDCC74.

Have a great Sunday everyone!

Cardstock: Bazzill Basics
Stamps: Hero Arts (Dictionary Greeting), own design (Happy Birthday)
Accessories: Craft Supply (love buttons, blue and white ribbons)
Ink: Ranger Distress Ink (old paper), Versafine (majestic blue)

Totally Hues Challenge 4 & ABSC036

It’s been a long week at work and finally the weekend is here! Well, since Saturday and Sunday is my cardmaking day, I have a card to share with all of you.

But I’m not really satisfy with the outcome. It looks incomplete to me. I intended to use distress ink for the leaf hue, but the effect is not as what I expect..

The Hero Arts stamp that I bought few days ago. Love it!

This card is designed based on Totally Hues Challenge #4 and AnnaBelle Sketch Challenge 036.

p/s Before I forget, I really want to thank everyone of you from all over the world that visited my blog and all the lovely comments. I certainly didn’t expect my blog will gain much attention, or at least not so soon. I promise I will come out with better and better cards to share with you. *Hugs*

p/s 2 We’ll be celebrating my mum’s birthday tomorrow. Hope it’ll a bright sunny day!

Cardstock: Bazzill Basics
Stamps: Hero Arts (Dictionary Greeting & Birthday clear stamp), Stationery supply (heart shapes)
Ink: VersaMagic (Sahara Sand), Encore (Satin Rose), Ranger Distress Ink (Old Paper)
Pearl Strip: Kaiser Craft

Card Patterns Sketch 107

*yawn* It’s lazy Sunday morning… I’m here to update the ‘card’ that I made last night before I headed to bed. It’s based on Card Patterns Sketch 107.

I modified the sketch a little and used a photo that we took in 2009 (gosh! time flies!) as part of the design. I have always wanted to create something to put on working desk, and this ‘card’ seems like a perfect fit! *grin*

The pierced heart shape.

p/s I’m having difficulties with the lighting. Hope to improve my photography from time to time. (Perhaps I just need a new camera :p)

Cardstock: Bazzil Basics, Stationery Supply
Patterned paper: Fancy Pants Designs
Accessories: Ribbon (Daiso), Pearl Strip (Kaisercraft)
Ink: Encore (Satin Rose)
Border Punch: Martha Stewart Crafts (pinking scallop)
Stamp: Love Always (own design)

Masculine Color Trends Challenge

It’s Saturday! My favorite day of the week! I decided to spend some time to make a card and came across this color challenge by embellish. It looks fun and challenging (masculine challenge!) and I think why not give it a try?! This is my first ever challenge!

It took me a while to go through my papers and come out with the design… *sigh* I guess I just need more practices! Here’s my take for the challenge!

A closer look at the birdie and label.

Have a great weekend everyone! =D

Cardstock: Bazzill Basics (vintage), stationery supply
Patterned papers: Scenic Route
Inks: Versafine (onyx black), Tim Holtz Distress Ink (old paper)
Stamps: Stationery supply, own design (Just for you)

A Good Start

Ah ha! Finally finish setting up this blog! I believe I still have plenty to learn bout blogging >.<

What should I post on my first entry? Probably 2 of the latest cards that I made.

The first one is for Sarah and the second one is for Jason’s mum. Both are birthday greeting cards!

Have a great day!
