Wow! This is my most productive day in blogland! Please scroll down for my first and second posts of the day. I’ll keep things short as my comfy bed is calling me…..
Here’s my card for this post:
As usual the card is CAS style. I stamped dictionary greeting stamp as the background with light pink ink. Stamped another sentiment with ocean blue ink to create contrast. Mat the white paper on patterned paper and cardstock. Stamped 2 lil flowers and add white pearls to them. Lastly, decorate the card with pink ribbon.
This card is my take on Annabelle Bling Sketch Challenge #039.
Have a nice day ladies!
This is my second post of the day! Please scroll down for the first post.
This is the card that I wanna share. Really sorry for the bad photo quality…
The sentiment and flower are Hero Arts stamps that I just bought. I added glitter and liquid pearl to the flower to add interest. I stamped the vintagy corner of Pink Paislee on MME patterned paper and add a lace trim to complete the vintage look. Hope you like this card!
I played along with Unscripted Sketch #112 for this card.
Hi ya! You might notice that I have not blog during last weekend, when I usually did. Actually I have created some cards just that I don’t have the time to update the blog. So here I am!
Visited Smidapaper last Saturday. I just love this shop! Everything is so beautiful and the people are so nice. Bought a new stamp set from Hero Arts and 2 boxes of Maya Road chipboards. My first time buying chipboards and you’ll be seeing them soon here *wink*!
Here is the card that I wanna share in this post.
I used MME Stella and Rose patterned paper and distress the borders. Stamp the label frame using the new-bought stamp and cut the shape out. Add adhesive foam to add dimension to the label. Quite like how this card turns out. =)
This card is inspired by the sketch of CPS #224.
Stay tune for my second post….
Hello! This is my second post of the day! Click here for the first post. I have another card to share with you.
I came across a paper rose tutorial at card-making-magic. It looks so real and I can’t wait to try it out myself. It is not that hard to make and is perfect for paper craft projects! Do try it out ladies!
I used the rose that I made to decorate my card and this is how it looks like…
I almost laugh out loud when I see the outcome of this card. The rose is too big for the card!! I made this card with my usual card size without realizing it is too small for the pinky rose! Ha ha! I’ll remind myself to make a bigger card next time I made this rose again!
I added some glitter to the rose for more interest. As the rose is the main focal point of the card, I kept everything else simple. Just add some gems and a lace trim to complete the look.
I played along with these challenges for this card:
That’s all from me for today. Hope you enjoy my post and thank you for dropping by!
Good morning ladies! Back to my crafty weekend routine! The cards that I made are piling up week after week. For sure they’re taking up spaces and I reluctantly have to placed them in a box 😦
What do you do with your creations ladies? Give them away? Sell them? I used to be a seasonal crafter, where I only craft for an occasion or event. But now I just make cards whenever I have spare time during the weekends. So I’m thinking of selling the cards. The question is how and I’m not quite sure whether anyone has any interest with my cards…. Please drop me a comment if you have a suggestion for me! Really appreciate that!
As usual, I have a card to share with you today. I tried to keep it CAS style, I can’t help but distress the borders of the papers! I just LOVE the effect of distressing the papers! I punched the border of MME patterned paper, distress and mat them on a brown cardstock. Stamp a sentiment on a white cardstock and distress (again!) the border. Punch 3 flowers and add some colors to the petals. The last step is to add some gems to the small flowers and the card is done!
A closer look at the sentiment and flowers.
I combined 3 challenges for this card: Moxie Fab World: Tuesday Trigger, Clean&Simple and CAS-ual Fridays. I really have fun making this card. Come join us for the fun!
p/s Sorry for the bad quality of photo. Seems like photography is one of my weak point…
A very quick post to share a card! I use scalloped border strip of a patterned paper and some pearls as the border. Stamped a few images and cut a green pp for the ‘green field’. Stamped a sentiment on distressed scalloped circle. A pretty simple card! Hope you enjoy it!
p/s sorry that i sound so rush in every post… i really really hope i have more time for crafting and blogging…
